The carriers in the So. St. Paul area are horseshit, the customer service at the So. St. Paul location is horseshit. No one is sticking you at gun point to keep your job, if you hate it so much, seek other employment, don't take it out on your customers. USPS is a failure of a system. Time and time again my expected delivery dates are never met and my packages never arrive on time. Like I said, they suck! It is too bad USPS is one of the main courier services.
Mail man for 1633 Edwards Ave E SSP shoves packages into our mailbox resulting in major damage! I have photos of latest damage. We have complained in the past! I have a smashed ceramic snowman. Pieces of snowman all over Under Armor clothing (gifts). Pissed!!!!!
They keep on changing the package delivery rules and now are refusing to deliver packages to my apartment I have to go pick them up at my leasing office because they say the mail man can't go any further than mailbox in the apartment buildings but the leasing office is an apartment inside of the building so there rule makes no sense. This would be the 4th change to the rules in a month
Service is fast, sometimes there can be a small line of maybe 4 people. However I don't care for them constantly sending mail to my house, for people who do not live at my house. I have written a list (more than once) stating if the name isn't on the list, do not send the mail to my house. The place could really use a cleaning, the ceiling fan is coated in dust. Also, be cautious, I ordered a package online (that the seller placed in a priority box, though not priority, then wrapped in a white plastic mailing bag) and they damaged my package, tearing the bag- then they looked in the bag and seen there was a priority box inside the packaging bag and charged me $5 because my seller used their box.
Most people don't know about this post office, so you can usually get in and out promptly
