I’ve have been dealing with this company since March 2017 I just received my title in the mail Nov 10th I purchased the vehicle mid March. The car I have transmission is going out the dealer said he would switched the car out for me but is never at the shop when I stop by and hangs up the phone on me. My lawyer suggested that I sue the company because they are not professional. If you are a woman buying a car they think you are stupid and treats you that way when I return I’ll have my lawyer with me. The car also leaks carbon monoxide through the air conditioner and has been causing headache and me randomly falling asleep just discovered it while getting a oil change. I just want a new car or my money back worst mistake I’ve made this year. Make sure you have a good legal team on your side before purchasing a vehicle from Bluetech Motors.
Don't even try calling this place. Their mailbox is full and no one answers the phone.
There are no parking spots for yourself and the parking lot is packed full of cars that are badly arranged. You walk into their office, which is pretty much one room and a lot of the workers are sitting on the only seating available, which is the couch. They don't ask you if you would like to sit down either. There was no courtesy or friendliness.
I asked to test drive the car that I had been looking at and they said sure. They looked around for the keys and couldn't find them because one of the employees had taken them on an errand. I had to wait 25 minutes for the employee to come back with the keys and then when he finally gave them to me, he was rude and very short with me.
Very good customer service! Good prices, and after you buy from them and let's say the car breaks down they will fix it for you for a very cheap price compared to other dealers! They are the best! Don't waste your time and money to other places! Thank me later :)
The only reason why I am giving this place two stars is because the woman that I spoke with extensively was kind and knowledgeable. If only the other people at this location were like her.
This place is sketchy. You get there and most of the cars are badly damaged and they have a small selection of cars that look like they would actually drive. If you are looking for parts to cars, this would be a good place though. They have a huge selection of damaged cars behind the office.
The car that I test drove seemed like it would be a decent ride but I didn't get a good vibe from the owners/workers so I didn't purchase the car. Which is a shame for them as well as me.
Don't answer phone. Bought car 6months ago and still haven' fixed windows. Its 90° and ac doesn't work. Can you fix my windows so its not 110 in here. 1 window does go down at least
Great staff, very caring and considerate. they will go at any length to satisfy customers. I recommend Bletechmotors to all who want a decent deal on great cars. you will never regret it.
